Östra Nyland (meaning "Eastern Nyland" in English) is a Swedish-language newspaper published in Loviisa in Finland.
History and profile
The newspaper was founded in 1881, and is the world's easternmost Swedish-language newspaper. The paper is owned and published by KSF Media which also publishes Hufvudstadsbladet, Västra Nyland, Hangötidningen, Borgåbladet and Loviisan Sanomat.
Östra Nyland is published three times a week and its headquarters is in Loviisa. The current editor of the paper is Camilla Berggren.
In 1995 Östra Nyland had a circulation of 4,377 copies. The circulation of the paper was 3,533 copies in 2012.
