Zoe Ann Olsen-Jensen (née Olsen, born February 11, 1931) is an American diver who competed in the 1948 Summer Olympics and in the 1952 Summer Olympics.
She was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa. In 1949 she married Jackie Jensen, the couple divorcing in 1968.
In 1948, Olsen-Jensen won her first Olympic medal in springboard diving in London.
At the 1952 Games, Olsen-Jensen won the bronze medal in the 3 metre springboard competition.
