Zhou of Runan (Chinese: 汝南周氏; pinyin: Rǔnán Zhōushì) is a notable Chinese clan, which is descended from Ji Lie (姬烈), the youngest son of King Ping of Zhou of the Zhou Dynasty in 8th Century China.

Lie was appointed at Runan County. Lie's 18-generation-son Zhou Rong (周邕) was considered as the founder (开基始祖) of Zhou of Runan.

Huaibei was the source of the Zhou of Runan who were part of the Eastern Jin dynasty. The Zhou of Runan lived on after the Tang dynasty's collapse.
