Janseyit Tuimebayev (born in 1958) has served as the Education and Science Minister in the Government of Kazakhstan since he replaced Byrganym Aytimova on 10 January 2007 in a political shakeup.

Born on 8 July 1958. Graduated from Kazakh State University (1980), philologist, PhD in Philology, Associated professor. Minister extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the 2nd rank.
