Zhang Yuhuan (Chinese: 张玉环) (born 1922) is a People's Republic of China politician. He was born in Xingtai County, Hebei. He was People's Congress Chairman of Guizhou. He was a delegate to the 6th National People's Congress, 7th National People's Congress, 8th National People's Congress and 9th National People's Congress.
