Zhang Yingtai (Chinese: 張瀛太; pinyin: Zhāng Yíngtài; born 1965) is a Taiwanese writer and Professor of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taipei. Chang received a doctorate in Chinese literature from National Taiwan University.

Her most famous works are "Hunting the Oroqen" (鄂倫春之獵), a short story about a researcher of Oroqen culture, and the short story collection Tibetan Lover (西藏愛人) (also called Romance in Tibet) and "The Bear Whispers to Me".

In 2015, She received the Lennox Robinson Literary Award.
