The Zengwun River (Chinese: 曾文溪; pinyin: Zéngwén Xī; Wade–Giles: Tseng2-wen2 Hsi1; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Chan-bûn-khoe) is a river in Taiwan. It flows through Tainan and Chiayi County for 138 km.

The largest reservoir in Taiwan, Zengwun Reservoir, formed by Zengwun Dam, is located Located upstream of Zengwun River.

Taijiang National Park encompasses parts of the Zengwun estuary as well as nearby coastal areas. The endangered black-faced spoonbills come every winter as migrants and inhabit downstream near the estuary, where many other waterfowls are also found. A conservation area has been set up to protect the spoonbills.
