Zdravko Rađenović (Serbian Cyrillic: Здравко Раденовић, born September 5, 1952) is a Serbian former handball player who competed for Yugoslavia in the 1976 Summer Olympics and in the 1984 Summer Olympics.

He was born in Bačka Palanka, Serbia, FPR Yugoslavia.

In 1976 he was a member of the Yugoslav handball team which finished fifth in the Olympic tournament. He played all six matches and scored twelve goals.

Eight years later he was part of the Yugoslav team which won the gold medal. He played all six matches and scored ten goals.
