The Zamboanga del Norte School of Arts and Trades was a public high school in the Philippines. It is now the Jose Rizal Memorial State University. Through the Republic Act No.3002, it was granted formal recognition and started its first classes on 20 November 1961. It is located in Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte with a main campus at Dapitan City.
