Zalingei Airport (IATA: ZLX, ICAO: HSZA) is an airport serving the city of Zalingei in the Central Darfur region of Sudan.

Accidents and incidents

  • On 11 November 2010, an Antonov An-24 of Tarco Airlines on a flight from Khartoum International Airport via Nyala Airport at Nyala crashed on landing at Zalingei Airport, Sudan. One passenger was killed. One person received serious injuries and another five escaped with minor injuries The remaining 32 passengers and five crew escaped injury.
