Z111 Factory is located in Thanh Hoá, Vietnam. They produce small arms like TT-33, machine guns like PKM and assault rifles such as AK-47 for the People's Army of Vietnam. However, their output capacity is confidential. The factory is guided under the General Department of Defence Industry.
Z111 Factory is also charged with producing Galil ACE, a modern Israeli assault rifle which is the current standard-issue assault rifle of People's Army of Vietnam under IWI license. They have also produced the M18, a Vietnamese copy of the CAR-15 since 2010.
