Yuzhou (Chinese: 禹州; pinyin: Yǔzhōu; Wade–Giles: Yü-chou) is a county-level city in Xuchang, central Henan province in the People's Republic of China. It is the site of Yangzhai, the capital of the State of Han during the Warring States period. Its population was 1,131,819 inhabitants at the 2010 census on 1472 km², even though the built-up (or metro) area, is much smaller.

Yuzhou was known as Yingchuan (simplified Chinese: 颍川; traditional Chinese: 潁川) in the Qin, Han and Jin Dynasties.
