Yuri Nilovich Yevlampyev (Russian: Юрий Нилович Евлампьев; born 19 June 1966 in Cheboksary, Chuvash ASSR) is a retired Russian professional footballer. In 2009, he played for FC Chelyabinsk. He made his debut in the Russian Premier League in 1992 for FC Fakel Voronezh.
