Yulian Aleksandrovich Panich (Russian: Юлиа́н Алекса́ндрович Па́нич; born May 23, 1931, Kirovohrad) is a Soviet actor, director, and journalist. Honored Artist of Russia (1996).

In 1972, Yulian Panich left the Soviet Union, Israel has become the first stop, then - the United States, and the final - Germany, in Munich where he began his work on the Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty. After their departure, rumors have been started that Yulian Panich committed suicide.

Since 1996 he has been living in the suburbs of Paris - Rambouillet.
