Yuja-cha (yuja tea) refers to both yuja-cheong (yuja marmalade) and the tea made by mixing hot water with yuja-cheong. Yuja-cheong can be made by sugaring peeled, depulped, and thinly sliced yuja. The drink is also called citron tea or honey citron tea but yuja and citron are different citrus fruits.
