Yu Shiu-Fen (born (1973-11-14)14 November 1973) is a Taiwanese female weightlifter, who competed in the flyweight class and represented Chinese Taipei at international competitions. She won the silver medal at the 1993 World Weightlifting Championships in the 46 kg category.
