You Scod18 is an Indian cable television service provider based in Mumbai. It operates in Mumbai, Bangalore and Visakhapatnam. It is owned by You Telecom. In 2008, Citigroup promoted Citigroup Venture Capital International (CVCI) acquired a controlling stake in cable distributor Scod 18 via Digital Outsourcing Pvt Ltd a subsidiary of You Telecom and renamed it You Scod 18. In the same year, Indian businessman Tulsi Tanti bought a 49% stake in Digital Outsourcing Pvt Ltd, the company which operates under the You Scod18 brand.
