Profiles

Yongin MBC Daejanggeum Park (hangul: 용인 대장금 파크), previously known as MBC Dramia (hangul: MBC 드라미아) is an outdoor film set owned by Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation and the city of Yongin in Gyeonggi province, South Korea. Built in 2005, it was opened to tourists in 2011 for the first time. It comprises a total area of 2,500,000 m², out of which actual sets take up 165,000 m². Its name was created from the words "drama" and "utopia". Series like Moon Embracing the Sun, Dong Yi and Queen Seondeok were shot here. The complex features permanent sets imitating buildings from the Korean Three Kingdoms, Goryeo and Joseon, and functions as an interactive center for hallyu.
