Ylljet Aliçka (born 1951) is an Albanian writer and scriptwriter. He is in Albania mostly known as the author of the controversial novel A story with internationals, which satirises the diplomatic elite accredited in Albania.
Ylljet Aliçka was born on 23 June 1951 in Tirana, as the third child of a doctor and a seamstress, and was later raised from his father and stepmother. From 1969 till 1973 Ylljet Alicka studied Biochemistry at the University of Tirana. 1991 he finished his doctorate in didactics and was entitled "As. Professor in Didactics".
