Efraín Coutiño (Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas, November 9, 1960), better known as Yin Pin, is a Mexican singer and clown.
On April 30, 1978, Coutiño began his jobs as a clown like a hobby but after he has decided to play the role of a clown who sang to children in a TV programm called Zona de Diversión (1994).
