Yeh-Chiang Technology Corp. (YCTC; Chinese: 業強科技股份有限公司; pinyin: Yè Qiáng Kējì Gǔfèn Yǒuxiàn Gōngsī) is an independent thermal pipe (Heat pipe) supplier, with its headquarters located in Yangmei District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan. The company became a listed company onto Taiwan's OTC market in 2002 with a ticker number of 6124. YCTC’s paid in capital as of 22 August 2008 is NTD1.73 billion.
Although YCTC offers a variety of Thermal pipe ( Heat pipe ) product lines, YCTC's major focus is heat pipes used in Notebooks (laptops). YCTC’s other product lines include BGA spheres (both Pb and Pb free), Solder Paste, SMT Flux, and Semiconductor Flux. The company produces its own copper and solder powders for in-house use and external sales.
