Yapham cum Meltonby is a civil parish in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England, situated approximately 2 miles (3.2 km) north-east of the market town of Pocklington and covering an area of 762.345 hectares (1,883.80 acres).
The civil parish is formed by the village of Yapham and the hamlet of Meltonby.
According to the 2011 UK census, Yapham cum Meltonby parish had a population of 217, an increase on the 2001 UK census figure of 175.
