Yangiyo‘l also spelled as Yangiyul (Uzbek: Yangiyo‘l, Янгийўл; Russian: Янгиюль) is a 13th city (after 12 region centres) in Uzbekistan's Tashkent Region, 20 km from the city of Tashkent. It has a population of about 60,000 people. Industry in the area includes textiles and paper. In recent years, the city has had an outbreak of HIV, most prevalent among users of injected drugs like heroin.
