On Aug 4, 2004, XATA Corporation restated its financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2004, to revise the accounting treatment of its Series B Preferred Stock dividends.

The Minnesota High Tech Association (MHTA), in partnership with Enterprise Minnesota and LifeScience Alley, named Xata Corporation as the recipient of the 2009 Tekne Award in the Technology Services award category.
