"Worry About You" is a song recorded by American band Ivy for their third studio album, Long Distance (2000). It was made available for purchase along with its parent record on July 10, 2001 through Nettwerk. The release of "Worry About You" was simultaneous with the distribution of 2001 singles "Disappointed" and "Edge of the Ocean". The track was written by Dominique Durand, Adam Schlesinger, and Andy Chase, while production was solely handled by the latter two.

"Worry About You" was written by Dominique Durand, Adam Schlesinger, and Andy Chase, while production was solely handled by the latter two. Musically, it is an indie pop song, reminiscent of Ivy's catalog. According to Tom Topkoff of Hybrid Magazine, "Worry About You" marks Ivy's "furthest departure from their tried and true practice"; Topkoff further added that it contains the elements in Ivy's "traditional framework", but uses "ethereal-dub characteristics" to produce a different sounding result. Noel Dix, writing for Exclaim!, noted the loops in the song's production, stating that it "come[s] across as genuine rather than a pop band trying to cross over to the electronic scene." "Worry About You" was recorded at Sony Music Studios and Stratosphere Sound in New York City and was mixed by musician John Holbrook and Schlesinger; Durand provided both lead and background vocals for the track, while Vlado Meller and Geoff Sanoff handled the track's mastering and engineering, respectively. The recording was not released as a stand-alone single, but was made available for purchase through iTunes Store in the United States and Japan on July 10, 2001 and November 8, 2000, respectively, together with its parent album, Long Distance (2000). In Japan, the song was released alongside the parent album on November 8, 2000.
Reception and promotion
The song received generally favorable reviews from music critics. Tom Topkoff of Hybrid Magazine appreciated Ivy's change of artistry, favorably comparing it to the works of English group Portishead. Dix from Exclaim! was also positive towards "Worry About You" in his review, calling the song's production "exceptional". Jonathan Cohen from Billboard commented that "Durand's sensual vocals are beguiling as ever on such regret-tinged love songs", concluding that the track is a highlight on the album. Although "Worry About You" was not commercially released, the song quickly became popular after being used as the theme song for the ABC drama series Kingdom Hospital. In addition, the recording also appears on the soundtrack of the USA Network science-fiction series The 4400.
