Woodrow "Woodie" Wilson (October 8, 1925 – September 13, 1994) was an American stock car racing driver. One of the pioneers of NASCAR, he competed in the Grand National Division, now the Sprint Cup Series. He was awarded the series' 1961 Rookie of the Year award, controversially beating Wendell Scott for the honor. Despite finishing 41st in the final standings, he won the 1961 rookie of the year award. There is little known of his life, even during his racing career.
