The Wisconsin Trade Center is a low-rise building located in Middleton, Wisconsin. Standing at approximately 134 feet tall with an area of 290,000 square feet, it is the tallest building in Middleton. It holds an office for West Corporation, a telecommunications company based in Omaha, Nebraska. Otherwise, the rest of the building is currently for lease for office space.
Features
The building is a commercial office building made of mostly blue glass windows. It includes three conference rooms with a capacity of 198 people. Also included are offices and a large, glass atrium/lobby. It contains a restaurant, Blue Plate Café, and a fitness center.
