The 24th District of the Wisconsin Senate is located in central Wisconsin, and is currently composed of parts of Adams, Marathon, Portage, Marquette, Wood, and Waushara counties.

Current elected officials

Patrick Testin is the senator serving the 24th district, elected in November 2016. The previous senator, Julie Lassa, was first elected to the senate in April 2003 in a special election. Before serving as a senator, she was in the State Assembly from 1999 to 2003.

The area of the 24th Senate District contains three State Assembly Districts:

  • The 70th (represented by Nancy L. VanderMeer)
  • The 71st (represented by Katrina Shankland)
  • The 72nd (represented by Scott Krug)
  • The district is located mostly within Wisconsin's 3rd congressional district, which is represented by U.S. Representative Ron Kind.
