Willowbrook is located at 38°05′54″N 97°59′27″W (38.098443, -97.990942). According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.31 square miles (0.80 km2), all of it land.
2010 census
As of the census of 2010, there were 87 people, 35 households, and 33 families residing in the city. The population density was 280.6 inhabitants per square mile (108.3/km2).
