William Seymour Zwicker (born 1949) is an American mathematician, the William D. Williams Professor of Mathematics at Union College in Schenectady, New York.

Zwicker did his undergraduate studies at Harvard University, earning a bachelor's degree in 1971, and did his graduate studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earning a Ph.D. in 1976, under the supervision of Eugene M. Kleinberg. He has been on the Union College faculty since 1975, and was given his named chair in 2006.

Zwicker has done research in set theory and social choice theory. With Alan D. Taylor, he is the author of Simple Games: Desirability Relations, Trading, Pseudoweightings (Princeton University Press, 1999).
