William Reynolds (22 July 1879 – after 1906), sometimes called Billy Reynolds, was an English professional footballer born in Manchester who played as a forward in the Football League for Burton United and Grimsby Town. He began his career with Manchester City, but never appeared for the first team, and also played for Clapton Orient, Swindon Town in the Southern League, and Croydon Common in the Southern and South-Eastern Leagues.

Outside football, Reynolds was a schoolmaster. His younger brother Jack was also a footballer who went on to manage Ajax Amsterdam for many years.
