William Norreys (ca. 1552 – 25 December 1579) was an English soldier and politician.

William was the second son of Henry Norris, 1st Baron Norreys and his wife, Margery Williams, the younger daughter of John Williams, 1st Baron Williams of Thame. From 1572 to 1579, during the reign of Elizabeth I of England, he was the Member of Parliament for Berkshire. He served as a captain with his brother, Sir John Norreys, in Ireland where he died of a fever in 1579. He was the father of Francis Norris, 1st Earl of Berkshire.
