William S. Norbert (born November 28, 1967) is an American attorney and politician from Maine. Norbert, a Democrat, served in the Maine House of Representatives from 1998 to 2004, including two terms in a leadership position. During the 2000-2002 term, Norbert served as Majority Whip. From 2002 to 2004, Norbert served as Deputy Majority Leader.
He graduated from Brown University and the University of Maine School of Law.
