Lieutenant William James Robert Martin-Dalzell, 15th Earl of Carnwath, RN, (born July 1979) is a New Zealand born Scottish hereditary peer.
Grandson of Colonel John Rolleston-Dalzell, 14th Earl of Carnwath, he succeeded his grandfather as Earl of Carnwath in 2001, and is heir to the Haitian title of Duke of Kingston.
Lord Carnwath is currently a lawyer and a retired Naval Officer.
