William Lovenstein (October 8, 1840 – December 26, 1896) was an American lawyer and Democratic politician who served as a member of the Virginia Senate from 1881 until his death in 1896. The president pro tempore of that body during its 1896 session, he is still today one of the highest ranking Jewish politicians in Virginia history.
