William Evans Garrett Gilmore (February 16, 1895 – December 5, 1969) was an American rower who competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics and in the 1932 Summer Olympics.

In 1924 he won the silver medal in the single sculls.

Eight years later he won the gold medal with his partner Kenneth Myers in the double sculls.
