William F. Hamilton (William Ferguson Hamilton; born March 8, 1893 in Tombstone, Arizona; died December 18, 1964 in Augusta, Georgia) was an US American physician.
In 1934 he joined the University of Georgia School of Medicine as Professor of Physiology.
In 1960 he received the Gairdner Foundation International Award for his work in the use of dyes injected into the blood stream to determine blood flow and distribution in heart disease.
