Wierzchno [ˈvjɛʂxnɔ] (German: Wirchenblatt) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Brody, within Żary County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland, close to the German border. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north of Brody, 35 km (22 mi) north-west of Żary, and 52 km (32 mi) west of Zielona Góra.
