Whittlesea railway station serves the town of Whittlesey in Cambridgeshire, England. Whittlesea is an older spelling of the town's name.

All the original station buildings are long demolished, and only the two platforms remain. Unlike many railway crossings, the gates are not automatic and are still opened and closed by hand by a person who sits in a small hut-like building by the crossing.

In September 1968, the Flying Scotsman visited the station to have its tender refilled with water.

East Midlands Trains operate a service to Liverpool Lime Street Monday-Saturday only.

On Sundays, Abellio Greater Anglia operate five services to Ipswich (1 hr 43 mins) and return to Peterborough (11 mins).
