White magnolia plaza shanghai
The White Magnolia Plaza is a high-rise building whose construction was earlier suspended, but now has resumed construction as of 2013, and it is completed on Jan. 4th, 2017. It is located north of the Bund, the historic river-front district of Shanghai, adjacent to the international cruise terminal. The original proposal called for a 388-meter tower, but it was later scaled down to 260m, and then the third and final design was changed to 319.5 meters.
