The track was produced by Drumma Boy and was released for digital download on September 2, 2008. The song peaked at eighty four on the Billboard Hot 100 and at number ninety seven Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart when it first leaked into Internet. The song is a direct diss to Shawty Lo. The video had made its way to iTunes, BET's 106 & Park, & MTV.

The video directed by Kai Crawford dissed Shawty Lo in many scenes, and was shot in his neighborhood. The video also shows toward the end T.I. & others doing the dance to "Dey Know".
The Music Video has a cameo appearance near the end of a relatively unknown Meek Mill who had just signed with Grand Hustle. Meek Mill is seen with long hair, a style he dropped prior to his breakout success. Meek Mill was later dropped by Grand Hustle as an artist and signed with MMG which is led by Rick Ross.
