Whalley Range, Blackburn

Whalley Range is an inner-city area of Blackburn in Lancashire. The area is a community with almost all residents being from India or Pakistan. Houses in the area are predominantly terraced and go up on a hill in a typical Pennine mill town style. Whalley Range attracts visitors from all over the UK. Whalley Range is currently undergoing an urban regeneration programme to gentrify and modernise the area, the planning agency BDP have said that fashion could form a key theme to market the area.
