West Vine Place is a 63,000 sq ft (5,900 m2). nine-story office structure at 106 West Vine Street near the corner of South Limestone in downtown Lexington, Kentucky. Completed in the spring of 1985 for $5 million by Lexington developer West Vine Properties, the tower is adjacent to the First Federal Savings and Loan Association structure. It includes two-levels of parking with entrances off Vine and South Limestone streets. The building features silver-reflected glass with a polished granite facade and a two-story granite lobby.

Construction began on September 4 after three two-story buildings were demolished from 139 to 151 South Limestone. The former Zeppelin Super Gourmet Sub Shop, now a Mexican restaurant at the corner of South Limestone and West Vine streets, was not part of the development plans; it remains there engulfed on all sides by the two streets and the office structure.
