Wernya hamigigantea is a moth in the Drepanidae family. It was described by D.Y. Xue and H.X. Han in 2012. It is found in China (Hainan).

Adults can be distinguished from related species by the much paler wing colour, and the oblique antemedial lines, with the area between them reddish brown.

Etymology

The species name refers to the large hooked carina of the aedeagus and is derived from the Latin prefix ham- and giganteus.
