Werner Dallmann (7 April 1924 – February 1945) was an Obersturmfuhrer (first lieutenant) in the Waffen-SS during World War II, who was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross, which was awarded to recognize extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership by Nazi Germany during World War II.

Obersturmfuhrer Werner Dallmann was born in Wangerin, Pomerania on the 7 April 1924. During World War II he was the Adjutant of the 53rd SS Cavalry Regiment, 22nd Volunteer cavalry Division Maria Theresia when he was awarded the Knight's Cross in January 1945, just before he died of wounds sustained in the fighting for Budapest in February 1945.
