Wataru Hasegawa is a school operator in Japan, who founded The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics. He is a general director of the Kyoto Computer Gakuin and The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics and also serves as a professor in The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics.
