The Warrior Preparation Center (WPC), founded in 1982 by Colonel "Moody" Suter, is located in Einsiedlerhof, Germany (near Ramstein Air Base). The WPC's primary mission is to train Air Operations Centers (AOC) at the operational level. The secondary mission is to provide tactical training via Distributed Mission Operations, with other bases throughout the world. These missions are accomplished with advanced simulation software.
