Ward No. 31, Kolkata Municipal Corporation is an administrative division of Kolkata Municipal Corporation in Borough No. 3, covering parts of Kankurgachi and Bagmari neighbourhoods in north Kolkata, in the Indian state of West Bengal. It forms a city municipal corporation council electoral constituency and is a part of Maniktala (Vidhan Sabha constituency).

The boundaries of the ward are as follows: Satin Sen Sarani (earlier part of Manicktala Main Road) is to the north. Eastern Metropolitan Bypass is to the east. Narkeldanga Main Road, C.I.T. Road and Upendra Chandra Banerjee road are to the south. C.I.T. Road and Upendra Chandra Banerjee Road are to the west.
