Ward No. 27, Kolkata Municipal Corporation is an administrative division of Kolkata Municipal Corporation in Borough No. 4, covering parts of Maniktala neighbourhood in north Kolkata, in the Indian state of West Bengal. It forms a city municipal corporation council electoral constituency and is a part of Jorasanko (Vidhan Sabha constituency).

The boundaries of the ward are as follows: Abhedananda Road (earlier a part of Beadon Street) is to the north. Acharya Prafulla Chandra Road is to the east. Kailash Bose Street and Mahendra Srimani Street (earlier Sukeas Street) are in the south. Bidhan Sarani is to the west.

As per 2011 Census of India Ward No. 27, Kolkata Municipal Corporation, had a total population of 19,350, of which 10,271 (53%) were males and 9,079 (47%) were females.
