Ward No. 16, Kolkata Municipal Corporation is an administrative division of Kolkata Municipal Corporation in Borough No. 2, covering parts of Maniktala (Bangiya Sahitya Parishad) and Goa Bagan neighbourhoods in north Kolkata, in the Indian state of West Bengal. It forms a city municipal corporation council electoral constituency and is a part of Maniktala (Vidhan Sabha constituency).

The boundaries of the ward are as follows: Raja Rajkrishna Road is to the north. Acharya Prafulla Chandra Street is to the east. Abhedananda Road is to the south. Bidhan Sarani is to the west.

As per 2011 Census of India Ward No. 16, Kolkata Municipal Corporation had a total population of 20,904, of which 10,767 (52%) were males and 10,137 (48%) were females.
